TORRO Reward Account Policy

1. The TORRO Cases reward account is operated by B.A.M. Worldwide Limited, Newcastle, NE29 8SF company no. 09321291. 

2. TORRO Cases can cancel, withdraw or alter the account at anytime.

3. The TORRO Cases reward account is only valid on torrocases.co.uk.

4. One reward account per customer.

5. If we identify that you hold more than one account, we may merge the points into one account at our discretion. 

6. The TORRO Cases reward account is for personal use only. Business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse of the scheme. TORRO Cases reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.

7. TORRO Cases can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a TORRO Cases reward account and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme.

8. The standard number of points you will collect are five TORRO Cases point for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases. The points will usually be added to your TORRO Cases reward account at the time of purchase.

9. Points can be added to your TORRO Cases reward account at the time of signing up to our TORRO Cases reward account. This amount of points may vary depending on promotions and will be confirmed prior to signing up.

10. Points are based on the sales price excluding VAT.

11. Points can be collected by 'sharing' TORRO Cases Facebook page or our Twitter page. The amount of points available to collect will vary and will be confirmed prior to sharing.

12. Points are not accrued when purchasing a gift card. Points are only accrued when the gift card has been used.

13. Discounts/promotions will be offered when reaching different levels of points accrued but if not redeemed will carry on accumulation.

14. Only one discount code can be applied at checkout. 

15. An item/product which has been offered as a promotion and has been purchased though the redemption of TORRO reward points, cannot be exchanged for any other item or for monetary value. 

16. If points are redeemed against an item/product where there no monetary value shipping fees will apply. If redeemed in conjunction with a full priced item then free standard shipping will apply.

17. Points are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase. 

18. If an item is returned for a refund within the 30 day return period the points will be deducted from your TORRO Cases reward scheme.

19. If an item is returned as faulty within the 30 day return period please refer to our returns policy applies. If necessary, we will credit your account with the right number of reward points.
