TORRO is seeking a website developer who will redevelop, manage and optimise their Shopify website.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create a bespoke Shopify theme.
  • Identify and implement relevant Shopify applications and plugins.
  • Create and optimize copy and content within a Shopify designed website.
  • Must ensure all product data is complete, up to date and optimised.
  • Optimise SEO content within the site for maximum search visibility.
  • Engage in SEO outreach to gain backlinks and enhance domain authority.
  • Work with the Digital Creative to ensure all visual content is accurate and of a consistent high standard.
  • Product analytics analysis to ensure sales volume potential is maximised.
  • Proactively track changes to Googles best practices to ensure brand is as visible as possible.
  • Potential to supervise others.
Skills required
  • Must have experience with a Shopify website.
  • Must have experience with Liquid template language.
  • Must have experience with SEO.
  • Must have an awareness of Google PPC.
  • Must be confident with editing HTML.
  • Must have experience of interacting with 3rd party APIs.
  • Must have excellent organisational skills and have good time management skills.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Must be a team player whilst having the ability to use initiative.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

TORRO is seeking a Translator E-Commerce Administrator who has excellent attention to detail and has the ability to work on their own initiative with translation skills in any of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and optimise Amazon product listings.
  • Ensure all listings are complete, up to date and optimized.
  • That customer reviews are monitored and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Escalate if there is a trend of issues developing and proactively track and respond.
  • Carry out various translation work when required.
  • Upload specific templates according to the sales platform.
  • Monitoring competitors and relevant listings positions.
  • Analyse data reports and business intelligent systems.

 Skills

  • Fluent in one or more the following languages; French, German, Spanish, Italian.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and one of the required languages.
  • Must maintain accuracy with time pressures.
  • Must have a willingness to work hard and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the ability to recognise issues and identify areas for improvement.
  • Must be a team player whilst having the ability to use initiative.

    Roles & Responsibilities 

    • Primarily to ensure that all customers are responded to within agreed timescales.
    • That customers are dealt with consistently and professionally.
    • To adhere to all deadlines as instructed on a weekly basis.
    • To escalate any major issues; investigate and ensure resolution within an agreed timescale. 
    • To understand and maintain knowledge on the products we sell.
    • Using initiative to recognise and suggest improvements.
    • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the office.

    Skills Required

    • Fluent in one or more the following languages; French, German, Spanish, Italian.
    • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and one of the required languages.
